That is the whole problem with this industry. Months of work, three days of use, most of it in a skip on the final night. We build so that ours comes back instead.
So we work with Tree-Nation. We calculate what your build produces and plant enough trees to absorb it, registered under your name. You decide whether to do it. The trees do not stop working when the hall empties.
Tell us the standard you want to hit and we build to it. FSC certified wood. Water based paint sprayed in a room with air purifiers. Greenguard Gold inks carrying no volatile organic compounds. PVC free fabric that can be recycled and printed again. Recycled plastic instead of PVC for corporeal letters and panels. All of it is on the table from the first sketch, and the specification goes into your quote so you know exactly what you are buying.
A stand built once is the most expensive stand there is. Build on Aluvision or beMatrix frames, or let us design a custom structure that comes apart cleanly, and one investment carries you through four or five shows. We store it in between. You change the graphics, not the walls. If you exhibit more than twice a year this is a budget conversation before it is an environmental one.
Most of a trade show goes into a skip on the final night, and at many venues you pay for that by weight. Our own crew dismantles what we build, separates materials on the floor, and sends methacrylate, printed vinyl and corporeal letters for recycling. Anything with another show left in it goes into storage instead. Ask us to log it and you get the weights.
From September 2026 your company can no longer call a stand carbon neutral because someone bought credits for it. What your sustainability team can use is data. After the show we can hand you a single page: what the stand was made of, how much came from the last build, how far it travelled, what went to recycling and what went to storage. If you also want the emissions offset, we calculate the figure and plant against it in the Iceberg Forest. That part is your call, and the trees are real.

SO ON EVERY PROJECT WHERE A CLIENT WANTS IT, WE MEASURE WHAT THE BUILD PRODUCES AND PLANT AGAINST IT. THE TREES ARE REAL, THEY ARE MAPPED, AND THEY GO INTO THE GROUND UNDER YOUR NAME.
